Refund policy

1. Return Period

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend:

  • When you select the size, please make sure your size matches your actual measurement. Due to the size issue, we will not accept returns. If you receive the wrong size of the product, you can return it.
  • Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage
  • Verify that you received the correct products
  • Damaged merchandise is required to be reported within 7 business days of the delivery date to receive a replacement.

3. Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be in original, resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards.

4. Return Process

  • Step 1: Email us at cruzclothingproject@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Await approval and further instructions, including the return address.
  • Note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be processed or returned.
  • Once accepted, we will issue a return postage label along with instructions on where to send your package.

5. Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages, defects, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery for prompt resolution.

6. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item. Once approved, place a new order for the item you would like.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If you are located within the European Union, you may return items within 14 days of receipt without reason.
  • Items must still meet our return conditions: original, resalable condition with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at cruzclothingproject@gmail.com.
